ChatDirector connects to your community platform and monitors specified channels for questions. When it detects a question that matches your FAQ database, it automatically responds with the relevant answer using AI to provide natural, contextual responses.
Add Q&A pairs in the dashboard to build your FAQ library. Manual entry is the default, with optional imports available when you enable sources.
Responses use a fixed profile for consistency. You can name the profile and manage FAQs, but we do not support per-channel personalities or custom prompts.
It returns a short refusal that no approved FAQ covers the topic. You can add a new FAQ afterward to improve future responses.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We never share your data with third parties, and you can delete your data at any time.
